Hosted at Hurricane Mo’s in Kitty Hawk, Tide to Table is a three-course seafood dinner featured during Taste of the Beach 2026. The menu highlights locally sourced coastal catches with guest choice at each course.

Three-Course Menu

• Starter (Choose One):
  • Seared OBX Sea Scallop served over a Parmesan fried green tomato with balsamic glaze
  • Coconut Shrimp with sweet Thai chili sauce

• Main Course (Choose One):
  • Stuffed Flounder filled with crab cake, topped with Cajun cream, served with asparagus and mashed potatoes
  • Sesame-Crusted Yellowfin Tuna over coconut rice with teriyaki vegetables and a soy-cured egg

• Dessert (Choose One):
  • Hummingbird Cake
  • Key Lime Pie
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
  • Almond Joy Pie

Soft drinks, tea, and coffee are included, and gratuity is built into the ticket price.
