Hosted at Dirty Dick’s Crab House in Nags Head, Classic Outer Banks 4 × 4 is a four-course food and beverage pairing experience featured during Taste of the Beach 2026. Each course is matched with a complementary drink, creating a full progression-style dinner designed to be enjoyed course by course.

Four-Course Pairing Menu

• First Course:
  Chef’s Charcuterie Board with curated meats, cheeses, olives, crackers, and accompaniments
  Paired with: Moscow Mule or Martini of choice

• Second Course (Choose One):
  • Beef Carpaccio with capers, shaved Parmesan, arugula, and pickled shallots
  Paired with: Cabernet Sauvignon
  • NC Shrimp & Jalapeño Stuffed Mushrooms
  Paired with: Riesling

• Third Course (Choose One):
  • Seafood Newberg with shrimp, scallops, and lobster in cream sauce, served with jasmine rice and grilled asparagus
  Suggested pairing: Chardonnay
  • Filet Mignon topped with sautéed morel mushrooms
  Suggested pairing: Red wine selection

• Fourth Course:
  Dessert course to finish the evening, paired beverage included
